Hardware Warranty

Returns — 15-Day Window

You may return your ClearOps device within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the device is returned in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@clearopsadvisor.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide return shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the device arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed once the returned device is received and inspected.

Hardware Warranty — 1 Year

Every ClearOps device is covered by a 1-year limited hardware warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

If your device experiences a hardware issue within the warranty period, contact us at support@clearopsadvisor.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange repair or replacement at no charge.

Business Solutions (Deposit)

Business deposits are fully refundable if you cancel before your strategy session takes place. Once the strategy session has been conducted, the deposit is non-refundable as the service has been rendered. Any additional project fees will be outlined in your custom proposal with their own refund terms.

How to Request a Refund or Warranty Service

Email support@clearopsadvisor.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and whether you're requesting a return or warranty service. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
