ClearOps Advisor provides AI assistant systems for businesses and individuals. Our offerings include custom business AI assistant deployment (scoped via strategy call) and the Personal Edition (ClearOps), a ready-to-use personal AI assistant sold as a one-time digital product.
2. Payment and Delivery
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. For the Personal Edition, you will receive onboarding materials within 24 hours of purchase. For Business Solutions, a deposit secures your strategy session, with remaining fees outlined in your custom proposal. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on this website are the property of ClearOps Advisor. Purchased products are licensed for your personal or business use only and may not be redistributed or resold without written permission.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our AI assistant products. AI outputs may vary and should be reviewed by the user before being relied upon for business decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearOps Advisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
